About gratitude

I’ve been thinking about gratitude recently. Developing an attitude of gratitude has been my bedrock, my foundation.

My gratitude is based in love.  Love is at my core and love binds all good phenomena together. Complaining is more difficult when I stay in gratitude.

Flow happens when I’m in gratitude. Stress melts away, the air smells better, the sun illuminates me and my step is lighter when I’m in gratitude.

I’ve had been repeating this mantra:

I am grateful for everything I have and that I am, thank you.

Then I decided to not focus on possessions and reduced it to:

I am grateful for everything that I am, thank you.

And then:

I am grateful that I am, thank you.

And further:

I am grateful, I am.

And finally, I boiled it down to this:

I am.

When I exist in the “I am”, I don’t need anything as I am complete as I am, I am. I am complete, I am. I am everything, I am. I am nothing, I am. I am love, I am. I am.

I don’t need to say thank you because I am. When I am, I am brimming with love, gratitude and compassion. I simply am. Powerful! I am!

I am grateful for everything I have and that I am, thank you.

I am grateful for everything that I am, thank you.

I am grateful that I am, thank you.

I am grateful, I am.

I am.
